Spring Fair – only 3 weeks away!

There’s only three weeks until the Spring Fair and we need your help! Please read on to see how you can help out with donations and prizes.

Spring Fair Car Raffle – less than 50 tickets available!

  • One lucky person at this year’s Spring Fair will be the winner of a brand new MG3 Hatch worth $20,252.
  • The prize is a metallic Bristol red MG3 Hatch and includes dealer delivery, boot liner and floor mats, window tint, plates, registration, CTP third party insurance and stamp duty.
  • Only 300 tickets will be sold at $100 each and the winner will be announced at the Spring Fair.

Cake Boxes Working Bee

All hands are required for a working bee to set up the cake kits for the Spring Fair. The working bee has been set for Friday 25 October in the Boarders’ Dining Room between 09:30am and 12:00pm. Please contact Kate Brown on 0407 408 908 or brownzemail@gmail.com if you can help out.

Wine Tombola and Chocolate Wheel Donations

Looking for a way to help out at the Fair? We need a range of items for the Wine Tombola and Chocolate Wheel and are seeking donations for either of these stalls. Please see the Spring Fair newsletter to find out more.

The Chocolate Wheel Coordinator is also looking for anyone who is involved with, or has a connection to, businesses involved in meats, alcohol, sports equipment and computers to help with prize donations.

Don’t forget the drop off zone for all donations is at the: GBC storeroom at the end of the slip road

Alternatively, your daughter can bring to school and drop off with her Head of House.
