As part of the Parent Engagement and Education Program, “It Takes A Village”, we are excited to draw your attention to our Guest Presentation:

Dr Danielle Einstein, Clinical Psychologist
Wednesday 24 February from 7pm-8.30pm

At this session, we will launch ‘Oak SEED’, a Loreto Normanhurst program that aims to support Social and Emotional Educational Development in our students. The School has been working with Dr Einstein to develop this bespoke program, which will promote resilience and enhance the capacity of our girls to manage uncertainty. Some further information will be sent to you shortly and we look forward to seeing you on the evening.

Dr. Danielle Einstein

BSc (Psychol) (Hons) MPsychol (Clinical) PhD MAPS MACPA MAACBT

Dr Danielle Einstein is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in the treatment and prevention of anxiety, depression and OCD. She works with schools to develop tailored approaches to enhance emotional health from Years 5 to 12. She has led teams to develop and evaluate wellbeing initiatives, co-authored internationally used internet programs for anxiety, depression and focused on awareness building for healthy community responses to uncertainty (Chilled Plus, Climate Social Anxiety program, Chilled and Considerate teacher and parent wellbeing programs). Danielle has worked closely with Bell Shakespeare, Medapps, and staff from many distinguished schools internationally and in Australia.  Her current research as an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University explores the impact of device use and classroom wellbeing programs on mental health.
