“Save The Date” and you just might find out!

Parent Association Trivia Night 2016,  Saturday 21 May, 2016.  More details will follow next week!

Another successful Open Day was held just prior to our lovely Easter break. How lucky we were with the gorgeous weather and of course, no luck was associated with the wonderful laughter and great impressions formed by our visitors after coming into contact with students, faculties and our parent community. Thank-you to all of the parents who helped on Parent Association (PAL) stalls throughout the day and /or assisting with set up or pack up, working side by side with the wonderful maintenance team who we would be lost without! For those who helped once more this year we appreciate it, for parents who might have jumped in for the first time, we hope you had as much fun as we did and will be back at the same time next year to do it all again.

Dust Off Those Boots! Year 7 Family Dinner Tomorrow Night!

We know from the PAL organising team that there are terrific numbers for the Year 7 Family Dinner taking place tomorrow night. This will be a wonderful family event and we look forward to seeing the photos and hearing the stories post this event. Make sure you keep an eye out for an email which will provide details on Parking Instructions for tomorrow night, to help navigate the school site with the current construction works underway.

An Update From Our Boarder Parent Committee

Our first Boarder Parent Meeting for 2016 was held just prior to Open day and this saw many Country Parents travel long distances to Sydney to attend the meeting. These meetings are a great chance for our boarder community to come together and discuss current and future plans for our Boarding School and also gives us a chance to ask questions and discuss topics of interest with members of the school faculty. Stay tuned for updates throughout the year.

City/Country Mothers’ Lunch: Just One Week To Go!

Plans are well underway for the annual City Country Mothers’ Lunch. The Boarders’ Dining Room will once again be transformed with a country theme to provide a wonderful ambience to consolidate old friendships and make new ones. Please don’t forget to book your ticket as places are limited for this not to be missed event. A beautiful way to end the term when incorporated with the fabulous Music Festival.

Saturday, 2 April  Year 7 Family Dinner, Gymnasium, 6:30pm
Friday, 8 April City/Country Mothers’ Lunch, Boarders’ Dining Room, 11.30am

Best wishes,

Sue & Louise
