Parent Association

With  preparation well underway for the Music Festival at the International Convention Centre, we hope many parents can attend to see  our talented girls in full swing next Wednesday 28 March.   It’s also another opportunity for parents to meet and experience what will be a huge night of entertainment.

Don’t forget the City Country Mothers’ Lunch is also on that day – this is a relaxed social occasion for day and boarder  mums to get together for a lovely lunch. Spaces are  limited and bookings are closing soon.  Seating preferences can be indicated on the TryBooking website; or alternatively, we can arrange seating with your year group.  If you have students in the Primary School – OSH Club is taking casual bookings  from 12:30pm. See the Upcoming Events section below for details and bookings.

The Primary Parent Welcome Dinner, held last Tuesday night, was a wonderful event where we welcomed new parents to our Loreto Community.

If you have any general questions about getting involved with PAL,   please email Tracey.

Not long to go now until Easter and no doubt many are looking forward to spending time with family and friends or just taking some time out to relax and reflect. We wish you a happy and safe holiday break.

City/Country Mothers’ Weekend Away 2018

Southern Highlands Here We Come!

This is a special weekend away where city and country mums across all year groups come together in a rural setting to catch up over a weekend.

Last year we went to Orange. Other destinations have included Mudgee, Newcastle and Dubbo . This year, we will be heading to the Southern Highlands!

We will be pulling together a small team of city and country mums to help coordinate this event. Please let Louise and I know if you are interested in helping organise the weekend.

All are truly welcome and once our team is formed there will be representatives across different year groups to help ensure you have a wonderful, relaxing weekend.  We look forward to hearing from you.  We are looking at holding the weekend away sometime in August (date to be confirmed).   We will advise the exact location after the school holidays.

Contact either   Louise Wytenburg  or Sue Whipps    for more details.

Can’t wait to catch up with everyone at our 2018 weekend away!
