Co-Presidents’ Message

Welcome back for Term 4, 2016 – gosh where has the time gone? It seems like only yesterday we were welcoming all of our new families to our special parent community and planning for the year  ahead.

We have so many lovely events planned for this last term and during the lead up to Christmas, Louise & I hope to catch up with many parents at one or more of these events.

We also would like to extend our prayers and best wishes to all of our Year 12 students and their families as they commence with their HSC examinations this week. We will all be thinking of you over the next few weeks.

Mother / daughter dinner, 29 October 2016, epping club, 6:15pm:

Invitations have already been despatched for this very special event held each year at the Epping Club. Don’t forget to book your tickets and wear your dancing shoes as we share a meal with other mums and daughters, enjoy some laughter and make special memories with our daughters and friends.

Parent Association (PAL) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, 16 November 2016, Curran Theatre, 7:30pm – please add to your diary:

Our Annual General Meeting for the Parent Association of Loreto (PAL) will take place on Wednesday 16 November, 2016. At this time we will wrap up the year and elect our new committee members for 2017. If you are interested in becoming involved in the PAL Committee, please feel free to give myself or Louise a call to discuss. Even if you are not interested in a committee role, come along and hear an update on what the school plans are and how we are progressing with the strategic planning process and so much more! We hope to see you there.

We are getting excited!  At last count we now have 92 mums joining us for our weekend in Mudgee, so many lovely things planned over the weekend with also a little bit of quiet time just for you, what a gift!

For anyone who has questions or would like to know a little more about who is attending from your year group, please feel free to contact one of our team who would be more than happy to help you.
