Parent Association
The countdown is on for Spring Fair on Sunday 3 November and the Committee is continuing to work hard behind the scenes planning and coordinating what will be a spectacular community day.
Your daughter will be bringing home cake kits over the next few days (one kit per day family via students in Years 5 – 11) and we ask our wonderful families to help supply delicious cakes and sweet treat contributions for the Spring Fair cake stall. All instructions are in the kit and drop offs to the Gym after 9am on the day of the fair only.
Thank you to Kate Brown and the great team of kit making volunteers today, it is much appreciated.
Don’t forget we are still accepting donations for the gift baskets/hampers and the books and plant stalls. You can drop off at the bottom of the slip road (under the GBC), however please don’t leave items at gates unattended. We appreciate all your donations – cut off is Friday 1 November.
Drop off times:
Saturday 26 October – 08:00am – 10:00am
Tuesday 29 October – 07:30am – 8:30am
Thursday 31 October – 07:30am – 8:30am
Please read the Spring Fair page to find out more about how to help and find out more about what will be a great day.
With still many events on the calendar left this year (see below) – there’s lots to look forward to.
Wishing you all a safe and enjoyable weekend .
