Master Plan – Community Update

Many members of our community would be aware that the School has developed a 30-year Master Plan which aims to improve access, movement and spatial relationships throughout the campus, while addressing the School’s progressive growth over the 30-year period of the Master Plan’s duration.

Last year the school launched a State Significant Development Application with the Department of Planning, Infrastructure and Environment (DPIE); this is a rigourous process and the planning is continuing.

Included below is an update to the community which provides an insight into how the school is responding to what the Department, the community and other agencies have raised, and the matters that need to be addressed. In particular, there is focus on the proposed approach to managing traffic and parking. This is part of the process within the Response to Submission phase that we are currently in.
