The Young Endeavour Youth Scheme is an exciting experience for young Australians aged 16-23 to develop skills for life. Their program builds self awareness, develops teamwork and leadership skills, and fosters a strong sense of community responsibility.

Professional Cadetships Australia (PCA)
PCA provides the opportunity for Year 12 students to apply for a cadetship with leading companies. The cadetship provides cadets with paid employment while undertaking university study.
There are two cadetship programs:
- The Business Cadetships – Applications are made online and open on 4 March 2019 and close 15 May 2019.
- The Engineering & Technology Cadetships – Open on 29 April 2019.

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand ‘Career Kickstarter – Business & Accounting’ is back for Year 12 school students. It is coming to Sydney on Thursday 30 May. Here is what Year 12 students will learn:

Questacon is Australia’s National Science and Technology Centre. We strive to promote greater understanding and awareness of science and technology within the community and we’re committed to making that experience fun, interactive, and relevant.
We are seeking school students looking to gain work experience in a number of industries including science, technology, engineering, tourism or museum sectors and retail. Our work experience program covers a variety of work areas at Questacon.
To be eligible, students must be in Years 10, 11 or 12 only and be participating in a school-sponsored work experience program.
Are you interested in a career in the performing arts?
NIDA offers courses in a wide variety of professions that are involved in the theatre, film and TV.
Our work experience program offers interested Years 10 and 11 students the chance to spend a week with us at NIDA to observe and, where possible, participate in classes.
We have 3 periods in which we accept work experience students:
- mid-June (non- acting career program only), and
- October – November (non- acting career program only)
Our programs will not only give you a taste of what it’s like to study at NIDA but also an opportunity to see what skills and tasks the career you are thinking about involves.
NIDA Work Experience is open to school students in Years 10 or 11 who have:
- an interest in the performing arts
- completed the online application form for NIDA Work Experience
- a letter of support from their school
- the ability to attend a week at NIDA between February and June
