This week the Isolated Children’s Parents’ Association held their Annual Conference in Hay, far west NSW. This conference is held in a different location each year and represents the hard work of rural and regional parents to achieve the best educational outcomes for their children from pre-school to tertiary. I am privileged to be able to attend this conference as a representative of Loreto Normanhurst. It is wonderful to catch up with past and current parents, and past boarders, some of who are now parents themselves, representing their areas on the various committees.
The saltbush plains, amazing sunsets and hospitality have made for a brilliant few days in the west.
A big shoutout to our Boarder Council for all the Supergirl Week activities they led each afternoon last week! Enjoy some of the photos below, including a great photo of our rowing girls on Sydney Harbour. Good luck to all for Head of the River this weekend.
