Music Festival

Thank you for returning your permission notes in a timely fashion. We are currently collating the data to ensure our student lists are accurate for the event. This will ensure that students are in the correct places at the right time. While we understand that circumstances do change from time to time, we ask that you don’t change the transport plan you have selected, unless absolutely necessary. As you can appreciate a large amount of work will be required to ensure our student lists are accurate. If you do have a change of plans, you must notify the Deputy Principal’s Office in writing along with Bernadette O’Dwyer

FAQ’s were sent home via email. We encourage you to take time to read through these with your daughter. We have listed a number of accommodation and eating options. We recommend, if you will be short of time, to have a bite to eat in the Darling Quarter which is opposite the ICC Sydney Theatre. There are a number of restaurants and fast-food options available to you there. The Light Rail also now has an operational station at the International Convention Centre. This is not printed in the FAQ’s, but could be an alternative transport option for you.

Tickets for this year’s Music Festival have gone on sale via Trybooking. Tickets are $75 p.p. There are no limits on the number of tickets that you can purchase. We do however encourage you to purchase your tickets soon, as they have now been made available to alumni. Please ensure that you have either printed tickets, or have copies of your tickets on your phones to access the theatre and your seats.

Students will receive further logistical information this week at the upcoming school rehearsal on Wednesday 22 March. We encourage you to take time to discuss this information with your daughter.

Kind Regards,

Ms Bernadette O’Dwyer

Music Festival Coordinator
