History in Conversation

Join us for History in Conversation: On the Trail of Truth, an evening where students take the lead, sharing with us their fascinating Extension History research topics and the discoveries they made along the way. The panel will be comprised of students and a facilitator to guide the discussion. There will also be an opportunity for audience questions.

The works range from American triumphalism behind initial reactions to the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to popular culture distortions of “Jack the Ripper”.

The students have worked long and hard on their projects and welcome the opportunity to discuss their findings with a broader audience.
