What’s Happening

I trust everyone had a good and relaxing  long weekend! As we head into the last  week of  Term 2 we are busy planning all the exciting events for Term 3.  Term 3 is  jam packed with fantastic events such as the Mission Dinner and Father Daughter Eucharist. The dates for these events are below, please pencil these in your diary and I hope you can join us .  Term 3 Events – Save The Date!

 YEAR 10 PARENT DINNER

Friday 22nd July 2016

6.30pm

Pennant Hills Golf Club

 Enjoy a two course meal (dinner and dessert)  at Pennant  Hills Golf Club  with other Year 10 Parents whilst your daughters are dancing the night away at their dinner dance.  Tickets are $55per person, please nominate any seating preference on Trybooking (tables can seat up to 10) and  if you have any dietary requirements.

FNQ WELCOME HOME SUPPER

Join us for supper whilst you await your daughter’s return from Far North Queensland! An anxious wait made better by food and drink and the company of your friends! 

 

MISSION DINNER

Friday 19th August 2016

7pm

Reception Room

Hosted by our Parent Association, the Mission Dinner raises funds  for the Loreto Sisters Mission in Entally, India.  Invitations and more information will be sent out to parents at the beginning of Term 3. 

 

FATHER DAUGHTER DINNER

Saturday 27th August

6.15pm

The Epping Club

 

A highlight on the Loreto Normanhurst calendar – The Father Daughter Dinner. A wonderful occasion to spend with your daughter enjoying good company and dancing!  This event is open to all girls and their fathers from 5 – 12. This year  the Father Daughter Dinner will form part of a “double header” for the weekend with the Father Daughter Eucharist on the Sunday morning.  Tickets are $75 per person (adults and students), with the option this year of a Children’s meal for Primary students in Years 5 &  6. for $45.  Please note the Children’s meal option is only available to girls in Years 5 & 6.

FATHER DAUGHTER EUCHARIST

Sunday 28th August 

9.15am for a 9.30am start

Chapel & Gardens

Following on from the Father Daughter Dinner, the Father Daughter Eucharist will take centre stage on Sunday morning. All Loreto Normanhurst fathers and daughters from Years 5 – 12 are welcome to join us  in the Chapel for the Eucharist followed by morning tea in the Gardens.  Please note, all students are required to wear their school uniform for the occasion excluding their hat.  Invitations and more information will be sent out to parents at the beginning  of term 3.

YEAR 12 MOTHER’S EUCHARIST & LUNCH

Friday 2nd September 2016

Chapel & Reception Room

Join us for one of the last events for Year 12 mothers,  the Year 12 Mothers’ Eucharist & Luncheon.  The Eucharist will be held in the Chapel followed by lunch in the Reception Room. Invitations and more information will be sent out to Year 12 parents at the beginning of Term 3.

MY FAIR LADY

Loreto Normanhurst and Kirribilli Ex-Students Association invite you to the My Fair Lady Theatre Party which will be held at Sydney Opera House on Thursday 20 October 2016.  This event is open to all members of the Loreto Normanhurst Community.
