Ku-ring-gai Special Olympics

The annual Special Olympics run is coming up on the Sunday 19 March!

The run is a  4.5km or 9km course that you can walk or run, which aims to raise funds for the Ku-ring-gai Special Olympics. All the local athletes will be there and the run/walk is a good chance to get involved with the community and get some exercise. There will also be a sausage sizzle and a few other stands.  You can read more information here.

Mother’s Day Classic

Sydney Domain – 4km/8km walk or run

 A fun morning of exercise and entertainment for all ages and fitness levels.

Join us for the Mother of all Classics and help us ‘Walk all Over Cancer.”

This event provides a great opportunity to build a fitness program, team morale and community spirit. It’s a terrific way to get families, students, teachers and the broader school community involved to celebrate Mother’s Day. Your team will be eligible to win the Largest Team Trophy for the state. At the same time, you’ll be making a difference to future generations of women diagnosed with breast cancer.
